MISSION STATEMENT
To serve Baca,Bent,Crowley,Kiowa,Otero and Prowers Counties in all aspects of Homelessness,including but not limited to feeding,clothing,sheltering and providing monetary funds for permanent housing for the homeless. As well as, educating and assisting these counties in order to help pervent homelessness.

PURPOSE AND GOALS
Our center was founded to prevent homeless individuals from sleeping on the streets in Southeastern Colorado. Today, our purpose and goals have expanded. Not only do we want to keep homeless indivual from sleeping in the streets, but we also want them to have food in their stomach, a hot shower and a nice warm place to sleep for up to 3 days.
We will put forth our best efforts to assist with employment and shelter to aide in homeless prevention. We are here for all individuals of all six surrounding counties, nearly 50,000 people, and those that pass through here,
which may be in food, shelter, utility assistance and clothing. Herte at the shelter we don't want anyone hungry or without shelter. Together as a strong and caring community we can prevent homelessness and hunger in our communities.
